Improved ignition system for pyrotechnical objects

The body i.e. ignition tube (14), has a cavity and an opening that is provided for inserting an ignition tablet (18), where the body is attached to an igniter cord (12) of a pyrotechnic article. Fixing units are provided for fixing the ignition tablet comprising electrical inlet in direct proximity to the igniter cord of the pyrotechnic article, where amount of ignition mass is provided in an inner side of the body such that the ignition mass lies in fuel contact with the ignition tablet and the igniter cord.
