The method comprises the following steps: - receiving a free notification (705, 805) at a first time, wherein the free notification (705, 805) relates to an enquiry with respect to a communication service; - automatically analysing the free notification (705, 805) with respect to predefined keywords; - automatically assigning the free notification (705, 805) to a predefined range of topics (210, 310, 410) on the basis of the automatic analysis. The invention also relates to an accordingly adapted system (700, 800). The method and the system (700, 800) make it possible to carry out a real-time analysis of questions and problems with respect to communication services. |
