Method and apparatus for autostereoscopic video wall display

A grid of display screens 13 together form an autostereoscopic video wall 11. Each display section has an LCD or LED screen 5 and a lenticular lens sheet 3. A video signal transmission system controlling the image display to each screen in synchronization. An alignment system tests that the display screens are aligned correctly to the lenticular lenses, and the screens aligned to each other across the entire video wall. To align the screens, a test image 8 is displayed on the centre of a 2x2 grid of display screens. Each screen can be adjusted in angle and proximity to surrounding screens to achieve alignment. A 3D spatial testing image 6, 7 is used to align the optical lens element and the display screen to achieve a good quality 3D image.
