The present invention relates to a waterproof structure including a first casing, a waterproof pad, a second casing, and two fasteners. The waterproof pad is arranged between the first casing and the second casing. The first casing at portions closing to the two opposite sides of the first casing is provided with first guide grooves, and the second casing at portions closing to the two opposite sides of the second casing is provided with second guide grooves. Each fastener is fitted and fastened to one first guide groove and one second guide groove at the same side to assemble the first casing, the waterproof pad and the second casing together. The waterproof pad bears the uniform force produced by the conforming fit across the engagement length between the fasteners and the casing so as to produce an even deformation to achieve the waterproof result. In addition, the entire engagement section between the first casing and the second casing does not need screws, thus saving a great amount of screwing time, and improving assembly efficiency. The present invention also relates to a mobile phone using the waterproof structure. The mobile phone has a fine sealing and waterproof effect, and an assembly efficiency is improved due to the reduction in the number of screws. |
