Provided are a device, method, and system for managing a repository allowing efficient assessment of a repository in which updated user information is stored. The repository management device is provided with: a request reception unit for receiving, from a service server, electronic messages requesting user information; a user updated-information discovery unit for referring to user information location information, which is information capable of specifying the repository storing the latest-updated user information among a plurality of repositories where user information is stored, and for determining the repository in which the latest-updated user information is stored; a repository access unit for acquiring, from the determined repository, user information corresponding to the electronic message; and a response transmission unit for transmitting to the service server the information acquired from the repository access unit. |
