[Class 18] A vanity case comprising a body 10 and hinged lid 13 has a mirror 17 so connected thereto that it can be moved about two axes at right angles to each other. The mirror is normally housed face downwards in a recess 16 on the lid and is secured to one half of a hinge 19, the other half being pivoted to the lid by a pin 21. The case may be of round, oval, or other shape. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91, comprises also that the invention may be applied to razor cases &c. the body and lid of the case are fitted with a catch, the mirror comprises a glass in a backing frame, and the hinge may be mounted on a rail or lever so that the mirror can be swung in and out of a pocket in the lid of the case. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
