The present invention provides a system for training and assessing the performance of goalkeepers, wherein such system throws balls to goalkeepers automatically in accordance with a pre-defined setting being set by a user. The system of the present invention comprises essentially a ball-throwing unit, a user interface and a motion sensing unit. The ball-throwing unit includes a distance sensor, wherein the distance senor along with the user interface help in calibrating the system of the present invention. |
