An organic light emitting display device, comprising: a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer on the first electrode; an organic light emitting layer formed on the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer, wherein the organic light emitting layer comprises a first host, a second host and a dopant, all three of which are mixed together in a single layer; an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer on the organic light emitting layer; and a second electrode formed on the electron transport layer and the electron injection layer, wherein the first host and the second host have different glass transition temperatures, and wherein the glass transition temperature of the second host is higher than the glass transition temperature of the first host by 10° C. or more.
