PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage on a component supplied with a signal in an electrostatic transducer.SOLUTION: A belt-like conductor part 701 of a flexible substrate is adhered to an electrode 20U by an adhesive having conductivity; a belt-like conductor part 702 is adhered to a vibrator 10; and a belt-like conductor part 703 is adhered to an electrode 20L. End parts of the conductor parts 701 to 703 are exposed to the outside by protective member 60U and 60L, and elastic members 30U and 30L, and are fitted to a connector for the flexible substrate provided on a drive circuit. |
