PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle which can be punctured to the skin, is excellent in indorence when punctured, and is capable of sampling a body fluid or administering a liquid chemical, and a tool for sampling trace body fluid and a tool for trace liquid chemical administration using it.SOLUTION: A puncture needle N includes: a tapered needle tip part 1 of a length equal to or shorter than 200 μm from the distal end; and a solid columnar needle base part formed continuously to the needle tip part 1 and having a diameter of 50 to 100 μm. The needle base part 2 has a plurality of ring-like outer peripheral grooves 3 on the outer periphery, a groove width 5 in the axial direction of the outer peripheral groove 3 is 10 to 60 μm, and a ratio K to the groove width 5 of a length 6 in the axial direction of a part 4 without the outer peripheral groove of the needle base part is 0.6 or greater. A tool for sampling trace body fluid and a tool for trace liquid chemical administration use it. |
