PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proximity sensor capable of preventing unintended processing from being executed due to operation of an apparatus positioned in its periphery.SOLUTION: A processing control device comprises: a detection unit 1b that detects existence of a hand of a driver or the like; a processing unit 2 that performs predetermined processing corresponding to detection of the existence; an acquisition unit 4 that acquires operation information indicating operation of an operation unit of an external device 20 which is located at a position different from that of the detection unit 1b and for whose operation a hand H or the like resultantly passes through a detection space A; and a control unit 3 that controls the processing unit 2 so that execution of processing corresponding to detection of the hand H is restricted when the operation information is acquired. |
