PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion type cosmetic excellent in a protection effect of ultraviolet rays in A-region and B-region, which effect lasts for a long hour.SOLUTION: This emulsion type cosmetic contains following components (a) to (c): (a); a fine-particle metal oxide coated with an acrylic-silicone-based graft copolymer formed by copolymerizing dimethylpolysiloxane having a (meth)acrylic structure on one terminal and represented by general formula (I) (In the formula, Rrepresents a methyl group or a hydrogen atom, Rrepresents a 1C-10C saturated hydrocarbon group having a linear or branched carbon chain which may be blocked by one or two of ether bonds, and n represents a number of 3-300.) with (meth)acrylate; (b) an ultraviolet absorber for absorbing an ultraviolet ray in A-region; and (c) an ultraviolet absorber for absorbing an ultraviolet ray in B-region. |
