PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material which is excellent in adhesion to various groundworks and top coating materials and can be suitably used as a one-component weak solvent type undercoating material.SOLUTION: The coating material contains an oxidation-curable resin (A), a metal drier (B), and a solvent containing an aliphatic hydrocarbon as essential components. The oxidation-curable resin (A) has an acid value of 0.5-20 mgKOH/g. The coating material further contains an epoxy group-containing silane compound (C) in an amount of 1-30 pts.wt. relative to 100 pts.wt. of a solid content of the oxidation-curable resin (A). |
