The purpose of the present invention is to provide a boiler tube leak detecting device with which early detection of boiler tube leaks and early identification of leak location are achieved and for which false positives are suppressed. A boiler tube leak detecting device comprising a measurement signal database in which a measurement signal measuring a state function of a boiler plant is saved by data item, a state change detecting unit that detects changes in the operation state of the boiler plant, and a detected content evaluating unit that evaluates whether the change detected with the state change detecting unit is a leak, wherein the boiler tube leak detecting device is characterized in that the state change detecting unit comprises a monitor data extracting unit for which first measurement signal data is input from the measurement signal database and that groups, as a monitoring group, a portion of the data items, an operation pattern evaluating unit that identifies operation patterns of the boiler plant, a classifying unit that builds a diagnostic model by classifying, for each identified operation pattern and each monitoring group, first measurement signal data belonging to the grouped data item, and a detecting unit that detects when the operation status changes by comparing the diagnostic model with a second measurement signal, and is characterized in that the metal temperatures for a plurality of heat exchangers in the boiler plant are included in the data items that are grouped by the monitor data extracting unit. |
