PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow fastening of a bolt to be simply and surely confirmed while preventing the occurrence of artificial mistake.SOLUTION: A bolt fastening device comprises: a fastening part 50 for fastening a tie plate fixing bolt 12 and a rail fixing bolt 14 arranged on both sides of a rail 2 by a preset torque; a fastening completion signal output part 563 for outputting a fastening completion signal when the fastening torque of the tie plate fixing bolt 12 and the rail fixing bolt 14 by the fastening part 50 becomes the preset torque; and a fastening confirmation part 60 for marking by a chalk 81 in the vicinity of the fastened tie plate fixing bolt 12 and the fastened rail fixing bolt 14 when the output of the fastening completion signal is detected. |
