PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a nanostructure having soft physical properties.SOLUTION: Provided is a three-dimensional coil structure having a curvature and being soft obtained, utilizing the periodicity of 2-chain polynucleotide, by connecting a scaffold made of 1-chain nucleotide with a staple made of oligonucleotide and bundling the same. In the three-dimensional coil structure, the position of the connection is the one sifted from the periodicity of the polynucleotide. |
