PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head which hardly produces a crack on the periphery of a via-hole conductor when laminating a piezoelectric actuator substrate and a flow passage member, and to provide a recording apparatus.SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head includes: a piezoelectric actuator substrate 21 in which a ceramic layer 21a and a piezoelectric ceramic layer 21b are laminated, and which has a pressure part 50 including a pair of electrodes 34 and 35 and the piezoelectric ceramic layer 21b sandwiched between these electrodes; and a flow passage member 4 which is laminated under the piezoelectric actuator substrate 21 at the ceramic layer 21a side and includes pressure chambers 10 and ejection holes 8. The piezoelectric actuator substrate 21 includes via-hole conductors 37a, each conductor being electrically connected to the internal electrode 34 in the piezoelectric actuator substrate 21 out of the pair of electrodes 34 and 35 and passing through the piezoelectric ceramic layer 21b. The flow passage member 4 includes concaves 22a arranged right under the via-hole conductors 37, respectively. |
