PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment method and a waste water treatment device of high salts concentration-containing waste water capable of excellently treating high salts concentration-containing waste water always stably.SOLUTION: There is provided a waste water treatment method of high salts concentration-containing waste water having a nitration process of conducting a nitration treatment by contacting an immobilization carrier to which high salts resistant nitration microorganisms are immobilized with ammonia-containing waste water with salts concentration of 2% or more, preferably high salts concentration of 3% to 7% in a nitration tank.
