摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a padding part into a specified shape by an NC work machine without damaging a base material even if a shroud is thermally deformed through the padding when the padding part is cut and repaired after the worn-out portion of the shroud of a turbine blade is processed with padding to form the padding part.SOLUTION: A turbine blade 1 is set at an NC work machine, a part of a shroud where no padding is carried out is measured in three-dimensional manner to get work-shape data after deformation, design shape data is moved in parallel displacement and moved in rotation in such a way that the work shape data may be set in an allowed tolerance of pre-registered design shape data, or the design shape data is set to be matched to the work shape data by enlarging or decreasing in the tolerance, a tool path for cutting an outer portion in the tolerance region on the basis of the design shape data is calculated through an automatic calculation and its cutting work is carried out by the NC work machine on the basis of the tool path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
