PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating machine that enables easy positioning of a cooling body relative to plate materials when the plate materials having different thickness are welded to each other and a welding device including the refrigerating machine.SOLUTION: A refrigerating machine for cooling plate materials 21, 22 when the plate material 21 and the plate material 22 that is thicker than the plate material 21 are welded to each other includes: a stage 5 for disposing the plate materials 21, 22 so that side surfaces thereof come into contact with each other; a cooling body 1 coming into contact with the upper surface of the plate material 21; a cooling body 2 coming into contact with the upper surface of the plate material 22; a pressing portion 18 for pressing the cooling body 1 against the plate material 21; a pressing portion 19 for pressing the cooling body 2 against the plate material 22; and a common support portion 17 for commonly supporting the pressing portion 18 and the pressing portion 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
