A therapeutic energy-application structure (9) that is provided with: an insulating substrate (921); an electrical resistance pattern (9222) that is provided to one surface of the insulating substrate (921); a pair of lead wire connection parts (9221) that are provided to the one surface and that have a lower electrical resistance value that the electrical resistance pattern (9222); and a heat-transfer plate (91) that is arranged so as to face the one surface. The insulating substrate (921) and the heat-transfer plate (91) are formed to have elongated shapes that extend in the same direction. The electrical resistance pattern (9222) and the pair of lead wire connection parts (9221) are arranged so as to be aligned along the long direction of the insulating substrate (921). The heat-transfer plate (91) covers the entire area of the electrical resistance pattern (9222), and one long-direction end of the heat-transfer plate (91) coincides with the boundary position (BP1) of the electrical resistance pattern (9222) and the pair of lead wire connection parts (9221).
