An embodiment of the present invention relates to a lighting device structure capable of increasing the degree of freedom of a light-emitting surface and having an effect of changing the shape and three-dimensional effect of light, and may provide a lighting device comprising: a light guide layer in which a light emission surface is implemented on one side and the other side opposite thereto; a light emitting module which is embedded in the light guide layer and is disposed at the outer periphery of the light emission surface of the light guide layer; and a light-transmitting printed circuit board on which light-emitting elements within the light emitting module are mounted and which is disposed in the lower portion of the light guide layer.
