A massage fitness bed having a massage head protruding from the bed surface and capable of pushing, lifting/lowering, and moving, comprising a bed body, the bed surface (50), a massaging mechanism, and a massage head (1) connected with the massaging mechanism. An elongated hole (52) is provided on the bed surface (50). A slide rail (19) parallel corresponding to the elongated hole (52) is mounted below the bed surface (50) on the bed body. The massage head (1) protrudes from the elongated hole (52). The massage mechanism is provided with a vertical reciprocating plate (4). A lifting/lowering apparatus detachably connected to the massage head (1) is mounted on the left surface of the vertical reciprocating plate (4). A vertical rail fixing plate (10) is provided at the right side of the vertical reciprocating plate (4). Sliding block A (8) connected to the right surface of the vertical reciprocating plate (4) fits a vertical slide rail (9) connected to the left surface of the vertical rail fixing plate (10). Motor A (5A) is provided on the vertical reciprocating plate (4). Connecting rod A (7A) pulling in the upward/downward directions is provided between eccentric shaft A (6A) of motor A (5A) and the vertical rail fixing plate (10). Sliding block A (8) is connected to the right surface of the vertical rail fixing plate (10). Sliding block A (8) fits the slide rail (19). |
