A communication control method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step in which a first base station which manages a cell transmits a message to a second base station in a specific procedure different to a handover procedure, and the second base station, having received the message, associates information included in the message with the cell, and stores said information. The information includes information related to the size of the cell, and/or information related to the double connection communication capacity of the cell.
