PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with a capacitive touch panel that is reduced in thickness and weight while exhibiting good durability.SOLUTION: A display device with a capacitive touch panel comprises: a display panel; a cover layer; and a laminate that is provided between the display panel and the cover layer, wherein the laminate includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer, and the cover layer is a layer of a resin having a pencil hardness of 7H or more. The laminate further includes layers as necessary, such as a base material, a visible-side polarizing plate, a circular polarization plate, and a dielectric layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
