PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce downtime accompanying switching of temperature of an image heating device.SOLUTION: An image heating device comprises: first and second rotating bodies that form a nip part for heating a toner image on a recording material; a cooling member 91 that is in contact with the first rotating body 46 to cool the rotating body; and a vortex tube 92 that receives supply of a compressed gas and discharges a cool air, the image heating device cooling the cooling member 91 with the cool air discharged from the vortex tube 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
