PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power loss in 0 voltage application mode in a power conversion device that drives SRM.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 20 connected to a battery 10 and driving SRM having a plurality of coils 22u, 22v, 22w, comprises: a first leg having high arm switches Su1, Sv1, Sw1 and low arm diodes Du2, Dv2, Dw2 connected to the battery 10 in series; and a second leg having high arm diodes Du3, Dv3, Dw3 and low arm switches Su4, Sv4, Sw4. Coils 22u, 22v, 22w are connected between the first neutral points Pu1, Pv1, Pw1 of the first leg and the second neutral points Pu2, Pv2, Pw2 of the second leg.
