PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a propeller utilizing a centrifugal force.SOLUTION: First links (5) of a link device of two sets of quadric rotation linkages, which are disposed on a cradle (3) connected to a base (1), are rotated by a motor (4) so that a link device performs a predetermined rotation.
