PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of appropriately reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: An MFP 101 to which a dongle PC 102 is connected determines whether or not an application has started on the dongle PC 102; and executes, when it is determined that the application has started on the dongle PC 102, control to delay a transition timing for the MFP 101 to transition to a power-saving mode, and executes, when it is determined that the application has not started on the dongle PC 102, control to cause the MFP 101 to transition to the power-saving mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
