PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition that even when applied onto a surface having an uneven structure of a substrate, can provide a coating film with reduced thickness irregularity and excellent in antireflection property.SOLUTION: There is provided the coating composition which contains metal oxide, a polymer particle and a thickener having a hydrogen bond functional group and in which specific amount of change obtained by the following formula (1) is 10 to 50 when solid component concentration of the coating composition is changed. Specific amount of change=[{log(V)×100/log(V)}-100]/(C-C)...
