PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system for detecting immunologically a component derived from a bacterium forming an immune complex with an endogenous antibody in blood.SOLUTION: An immunological detection method of a component derived from a bacterium existing in a sample includes steps for: processing the sample under a low pH condition; heating the sample processed under the low pH condition up to a temperature range of 50°C-100°C; incubating the heated sample together with a monoclonal antibody against the component derived from the bacterium; and detecting the component derived from the bacterium bonded with the monoclonal antibody.SELECTED DRAWING: None
