The electronic computing device(s) check in response to receiving the request, at least one electronic calendar to determine a status of the calendar at a time corresponding to each of the at least one proposed electronic calendar entry. The electronic computing device(s) generate, for each proposed electronic calendar entry for which corresponding time is available, a graphical representation of each available proposed electronic calendar entry. The electronic computing device(s) transmit, in response to the request, the graphical representation to the recipient.
