A headband is provided that includes an elastic outside and an inside lining. A top portion of the elastic outside forms the outside of the headband and has an elasticity. A bottom portion of the inside lining forms the inside of the headband and has an elasticity. Both the elastic outside and the inside lining are connected to make the headband a 360-degree elastic headband. At least the bottom portion of the inside lining includes a velvet material that forms a gripping portion. The elastic outside and the inside lining provide an elastic headband.

1. A headband comprising:
an elastic outside, a top portion of which forms the outside of the headband, wherein the elastic outside has an elasticity; and an inside lining, a bottom portion of which forms the inside of the headband, wherein the inside lining has an elasticity; wherein both the elastic outside and the inside lining are connected to make the headband a 360-degree elastic headband; wherein at least the bottom portion of the inside lining comprises a velvet material that forms a gripping portion; and wherein the elastic outside and the inside lining provide an elastic headband.
