An intelligent pith paper processing robot device comprises a workbench, a power device, a scrubbing and rolling manipulator, a paper cutting groove, a paper cutting manipulator, an automatically-feeding groove, and a controller. The intelligent pith paper processing robot device works in the following procedure: automatic feeding, compression, reciprocating cutting, scrubbing and rolling, cut-in, paper cutting, paper discharging, swing-up and resetting, and the procedure is continuously cycled. The controller is used to control the scrubbing and rolling manipulator to rub pith cores to roll, and the controller is used to control the power device to drive the paper cutter to cut the pith cores, and the pith cores are cut into pith paper; compared with a traditional manual pith paper cutting manner, the intelligent pith paper processing robot device improves the processing efficiency and the quality of the processed pith paper. |
