An endoscope (10) includes: a plate-shaped member (50) which has a through hole (55) and to which is fixed a member (43) that bends a bending part (23); and a tubular unit (100) that is formed in a tubular shape so that a fluid can flow and that has a connection part (105) which functions as a projection part disposed so as to project from the outer circumference of the tubular unit. The endoscope (10) further includes a positioning mechanism (200) for relatively positioning the plate-shaped member (50) and the tubular unit (100) with respect to each other so that the projection part is disposed at the periphery of the through hole (55), such periphery including the through hole (55). |
