PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new method for correctly estimating a pulse rate.SOLUTION: In a pulse rate meter 1, a pulse rate measurement part 110 measures a pulse rate by using a detection result of a pulse wave sensor 10, and a pitch calculation part 120 calculates the pitch of a subject by using a detection result of a body motion sensor 20. A pulse rate estimation part 150 estimates an estimation pulse rate by using the pitch calculated by the pitch calculation part 120. A display control part 160 performs control to display the pulse rate measured by the pulse rate measurement part 110 in a display part 300 in the case that measurement by the pulse rate measurement part 110 can be performed, and to display the estimation pulse rate estimated by the pulse rate estimation part 150 in the display part 300 in the case that the measurement by the pulse rate measurement part 110 cannot be measured. |
