PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter free from color mixing by suppressing the wet spreading of ink on a substrate.SOLUTION: The color filter in which a plurality of coloring parts 3 are arranged like a matrix on a transparent base material 1 has a plurality of liquid absorbing protrusions 2 formed on the surface at the coloring part 3 side of the transparent base material 1. The plurality of liquid absorbing protrusions 2 are arranged such that a grid forming a plurality of partition regions is formed by connecting the adjacent liquid absorbing protrusions 2 by a virtual line, and one coloring part 3 is formed in each of the partition regions. |
