PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for a circular product with high inspection accuracy and excellent workability, and an inspection method of a circular product.SOLUTION: An inspection device for inspecting a circular product includes a rotation jig for placing a circular product rotatably thereon, collimated illumination means for illuminating the circular product, and imaging means using a telecentric lens. The inspection device further includes collation means for collating an image obtained by the imaging means with a master image while rotating the circular product on the rotation jig. |
