PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure of hardly reducing its effect even by repetitive use, by maintaining the effect of preventing an adjusting lever from forcibly rotating.SOLUTION: Rotation of the adjusting lever is gradually-loosely executed by an expansion type damper for reciprocating a damper rod 40a on the inside of a cylinder part 39a while pushing away grease existing between mutual peripheral surfaces of these both members 39a and 40a. An insertion part 60 of this damper rod 40a is provided with an intermediate large diameter part 61 and both large diameter parts 62 and 63 near the base end and the center. Among these, a clearance existing between an outer peripheral surface of the intermediate large diameter part 61 and an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder part 39a is reduced so that the grease is hardly moved by going over the intermediate large diameter part 61. Recessed groove parts 64 and 64 are provided on an outer peripheral surface of both large diameter parts 62 and 63 near the base end and the center so that the grease can flow by going over these both large diameter parts 62 and 63 near the base end and the center. |
