PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of restraining curling of a seal part even when it is brought into contact with a dash panel by applying a pressing force from a diagonal direction.SOLUTION: A grommet 10 covers an outer periphery of a third steering shaft 3c inserted in a shaft insertion hole 8a formed through a dash panel 8 defining a compartment 7 and an engine room 9, and holds a seal face 8b that is a vehicle outside hole edge of the shaft insertion hole 8a in a water tight manner. A padding part 18 formed thicker than a base part 15a of a flexible part 13 is provided at a middle of the flexible part 13 connecting a cylindrical base part 11 covering the outer periphery of the third steering shaft 3c and a second seal part 14 contacting the seal face 8b. |
