PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that displays an image in a color range different from that of an input image signal, while properly converting a color space even if a color component is saturated.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: a saturation determining part 101 that outputs a result of determining whether a signal relating to a color has been saturated or not for each pixel of an input image, as a saturation determination result; a color distribution analysis part 102 that outputs a result of calculating hue for each pixel as a hue signal; a color signal correction part 103 that corrects a color component on the basis of the hue signal when saturation of the color component is determined for each pixel, and outputs it as a color component correction signal; and a color space conversion part 104 that converts a color space to a different color space based on the color component correction signal to generate an output image. |
