PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness having a sound absorber capable of decreasing or reducing a noise reduction member without reducing sound absorption performance even when the wiring harness is used under an environment in which a device for generating noise is installed.SOLUTION: The wiring harness 1 having a sound absorber includes: a sound absorber having a first sound absorption layer 11 and a second sound absorption layer 12 that have different bulk densities; and a wiring harness 13 whose at least a part is sandwiched between the first sound absorption layer 11 and the second sound absorption layer 12. The first sound absorption layer 11 is nonwoven fabric having a fabric weight of 20-400 g/mand a thickness of 0.1-4.0 mm. The second sound absorption layer 12 is nonwoven fabric having a fabric weight of 150-1000 g/mand a thickness of 1.0-50.0 mm.
