PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable resin composition for hard coat capable of exhibiting each function so that the respective functions of reflection characteristics and hard coat characteristics do not hinder other functions.SOLUTION: There is provided an active energy ray curable resin composition which comprises: (A) an urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting chain aliphatic hydrocarbon-based diisocyanate and hydroxyl-group containing (meth)acrylate; (B) (meth)acrylate containing a specific fluorine-containing hydrocarbon group; (C) a polymer which has an SP value of 9.8 or more and is obtained by polymerization of a monomer containing an ethylenically unsaturated group; (E) a solvent containing fluorine; and (F) a solvent other than (E).
