摘要 Disclosed are: a conductive film having low resistivity, which is obtained through a low temperature treatment in a short time; and a method for producing the conductive film. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a conductive film, which comprises: a step Sa1 in which a high concentration dispersion of copper-based nanoparticles that are mainly composed of Cu2O is prepared; a step Sa2 in which the high concentration dispersion is applied over a base and dried thereon, thereby obtaining a coating film that is mainly composed of Cu2O; a step Sa3-1 in which the coating film is heated at a temperature of not more than 200°C at atmospheric pressure; and a step Sa3-2 in which the coating film is heated at a temperature of not more than 250°C in a reducing atmosphere.
