PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power saving refrigerator by stably draining the defrosting water of an evaporator surface to shorten a defrosting time.SOLUTION: In a refrigerator 100 provided with an evaporator 111 arranged in a storage chamber 106 and having a film which makes it easy to drop defrosting water generated on a surface from the surface, and a supply fan 112 for sending cold air cooled by the evaporator 111 in the storage chamber 106, the evaporator 111 is provided with fins 151 on the surface. A plurality of rows of grooves 153 are linearly provided in a direction having gravity direction components on surfaces of the fins 151 of the evaporator 111. Draining the performance of the defrosting water generated on the surfaces of the fins 151 is improved, and even if the film is deteriorated due to aging or the like, draining can be stably performed since the defrosting water goes along the grooves 153, early frost generation with remaining water as a starting point can be prevented to shorten a defrosting time, and the electric power saving refrigerator can be provided. |
