PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of understanding, at a glance, a device concerning a transaction of a high unsettlement probability, which should have been settled.SOLUTION: A device monitoring system for monitoring a system which executes registration processing and settlement processing of purchased goods includes specifying means for specified time-passed unsettled transaction the registration processing of which has started but the settlement processing of which is not yet completed within a predetermined time, and reporting means for reporting a device in a specifiable manner which has executed the registration processing or a device which completes the settlement processing for the time-passed unsettled transaction specified by the specifying means. The specifying means specifies the time-passed unsettled transaction based on information generated during the registration processing or information generated during the settlement processing. |
