PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is remarkably improved in the processability and dispersibility of waste paper in a biodegradable resin composite material including a large amount of waste paper mixed to a biodegradable resin.SOLUTION: A biodegradable resin composite composition is composed of a resin composite material having waste paper mixed to a biodegradable resin, in which 30-60 wt.% of waste paper having a grain size of 3-0.01 mm and 0.1-5 wt.% of an organic titanate represented by general formula (wherein R represents 12-22C alkyl or alkenyl, and m represents 0 or an integer of 1-10) are mixed. |
