PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of foreign noise by correcting inclination of a coil spring constituting a rebound member, in a buffer including the rebound member.SOLUTION: A buffer which includes a cylinder 1, a piston rod 2 axially movably inserted into the cylinder 1, a rod guide 3 fixed to the cylinder 1, a stopper member 4 fixed to an outer periphery of the piston rod 2, and a rebound member 5 mounted on an outer periphery of the piston rod 2, and absorbs impact shock when it is fully expanded by being compressed between the stopper member 4 and the rod guide 3 in fully expansion, and in which the rebound member 5 includes a coil spring 50 and a first holder 51 fixed to one side end portion of the coil spring 50, has a clearance gap S1 for suppressing axial movement along the piston rod 2 of the first holder 51, positioning the first holder 51 in a state of being kept into contact with the stopper member 4, and permitting oscillation of the first holder 51. |
