PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progress state management system by which a manager can recognize a progress state even when a processing flow has not been fixed.SOLUTION: A progress state management system comprises: document information acquisition means for acquiring document information including content information representing contents of a document and document identification information for identifying the document information; management document information acquisition means for acquiring management document information including progress information representing a progress state of work and the document identification information from management document information holding means corresponding to document information holding means in which the document information has been stored, on the basis of the document identification information included in the acquired document information; instruction execution means for displaying the management document information by executing instruction information from a manager included in the management document information; management document information update means for updating the progress information included in the management document information on the basis of an operation instruction from a user in accordance with the instruction information; and management document information storage means for storing the updated management document information in management information holding means. |
