PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad plate having high strength and high moldability by resolving contradiction with moldability of 7000 series aluminum alloy plate or the like at high strength level.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum alloy clad plate for a structural member having a plurality of laminated aluminum alloy layers containing one or more kind of Mg:1.5 to 14 mass%, Zn:2 to 30 mass%, Cu:1.5 to 6 mass%, and having a structure where laminates having different content each other are laminated, Mg, Zn and C are contained in the above content range as a whole clad plate, layers containing Mg and suppressed Zn and Cu are laminated on both outer side, and hardness of each connection interface part of laminated aluminum alloy layer each other after conducting a specific heat treatment on the clad plate is higher than all hardness of each of the laminated aluminum alloy layers constituting the connection interface part. |
